What is covered
Gold-tone and polished pieces are covered for two years from delivery against loss of colour, flaking and tarnishing under normal wear.
What is not covered
Damage from accidents, misuse, contact with chemicals (chlorine, perfume, cleaning agents) or normal surface scratches.
How to claim
Contact support with your order number and a short description (photos help). If the claim is accepted we replace the item or refund it.
